Singapore Corporate Services
A one-stop solution consultancy for your company needs
Incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and employment pass support — handled end to end by chartered corporate secretaries and accountants.
Most of the companies we set up are owned from outside Singapore. What their owners need is someone here — a resident director, a registered office, a secretary who signs, and filings that land on time. That is the part we do.
Drag the globe to turn it
Singapore does not bar business with countries wholesale. It gives effect to United Nations Security Council sanctions, applies targeted financial measures to named individuals and entities, and maintains export controls. These attach to specific people, entities, banks and goods rather than to nationality.
The strictest regimes are North Korea and Iran, both tied to weapons proliferation. Separate targeted measures introduced in 2022 apply to designated Russian banks, certain goods and fundraising for the Russian government.
As an ACRA registered corporate service provider we screen every client, beneficial owner and controller against the current lists before onboarding and periodically afterwards. Where a proposed structure touches a sanctioned party or a controlled good, we will tell you early rather than late.
Sanctions change frequently. This is a summary, not legal advice; the current lists are maintained by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Our services
Whether you are registering your first Singapore entity or running a group with cross-border obligations, the work falls into three areas — and we cover all three.
Getting the entity right — formation, structure and the statutory infrastructure a Singapore company is required to keep.
Keeping the entity in good standing — the recurring filings, accounts and returns that fall due every year without fail.
Looking after the people behind the company — relocation, mobility and the personal side of a Singapore business.
Who we are
GAL Global Advisory Consultancy supports businesses in meeting their statutory and regulatory obligations in Singapore — from the day a company is incorporated through every filing year that follows. We work with startups, SMEs and established enterprises, and we handle corporate matters with accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency.
Led by Grace Angelina Lim, CEO — a chartered secretary and chartered governance professional.
Compliance calendar
Deadlines run from your financial year end (FYE), and Singapore's regime is unforgiving by design: a late annual return, a lapsed company secretary or an unfiled ECI attracts penalties that fall on the directors personally, not the company alone. We hold the calendar and draft the resolutions and returns before each date, not on it.
Estimated Chargeable Income after FYE, unless the annual revenue and ECI thresholds waive it.
Financial statements laid before members, or dispensed with by written resolution where permitted.
Filed with ACRA through BizFile+, including XBRL financial statements where the company is required to file them.
Corporate income tax return for the year of assessment, with tax computation and supporting schedules.
GST F5 returns one month after each accounting period; CPF contributions by the 14th of the following month.
Why GAL
Chartered corporate secretaries and accountants review your registers, resolutions and accounts — not junior staff working from a checklist.
Your FYE drives a calendar we maintain. You get reminders ahead of each due date, with the documents already drafted.
Shareholder arrangements, board matters and payroll data are handled with the discretion those records deserve.
Scope and fees are set out before work starts. You know what the annual compliance package costs, and what sits outside it.
How we work
We understand the business, the shareholders and where the entity needs to sit. No charge for the first conversation.
A written scope and fee schedule covering incorporation and the first full compliance year, so there are no surprises.
Name application, incorporation, constitution, registers, bank introduction and any work passes required.
Accounts, tax, GST, payroll and secretarial run on a calendar we maintain, with reminders before each deadline.
Tell us your financial year end and where the company is today. We will tell you exactly what is outstanding and what it costs to put right.
